Le 8 is born from the meeting of two symbols: the snake and the number eight, which in Chinese culture evoke transformation, wisdom, mystery and infinity. The maison describes it as a controlled extravagance, theatrical, and as a leap into the infinity suggested by the number eight. To us it is a perfume of metamorphosis, in which strong accents and tradition are harmoniously married, without constraint. It is the most luminous, narrative chapter of the Serpent Collection.

How It Evolves on Skin

The opening is fresh and sparkling: bergamot and yuzu shine alongside Madagascar cypress, while cinnamon leaf and hibiscus add a spicy, floral touch. The heart is a small theatre of the Orient: Ho wood and a lacquer accord frame Marco Polo tea, strawberry tree, cherry blossom and peony, in a delicate, fruity bouquet. The base warms with leathery saffron, tonka bean, Amber Xtreme, sandalwood and vanilla infusion: a soft, elegant trail that stays close to the skin.
